About Me

Hi, I’m Harriet, The Fit Adventurer, lover of all things fitness and outdoor adventure. I’m constantly seeking ways to challenge, push and improve myself, and I want to help you do the same.

As a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, I love spending time in the gym, building strength and improving capacity. This has allowed me to push my body beyond what I ever thought it capable of doing, gaining confidence and a community at the same time.

I also love spending time outside the gym, putting my fitness to the test on all sorts of outdoor adventures. Whether its hiking, biking, scuba diving or skiing, I’m always down for any kind of crazy adventure and to experience new things.
