Hi, I’m Harriet, The Fit Adventurer, lover of all things fitness, outdoor adventure and travel. I’m constantly seeking ways to challenge, push and improve myself, and I want to share my experiences to help you do the same!

I’m from the UK but currently living in Australia and loving getting out and exploring all of the amazing places here.

As a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, I love spending time in the gym, building strength and improving capacity.

I love spending time outside the gym, putting my fitness to the test on all sorts of outdoor adventures. Whether its hiking, biking, scuba diving or skiing, I’m always down for any kind of crazy adventure and to experience new things.
